Ohana – in other words means, family. And family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten. Starting from breakfast, to lunch, to dinner; spending today with the loved ones was cheeriness.
Although we do not normally celebrate Christmas, we all love the joy it brings to our family. Unlike others, this year’s Christmas was different. Everyone flew in from many different places in the states. My cousin and brother-in-law flew all the way from Michigan, United States to visit us all. It’s always fun seeing loved ones after a long period of time. We played games, talked, watched movies, danced around like fools and simply had the time of our lives. December 25th, 2016 is the day I would most definitely like to say we celebrated Christmas the right way and for the very first time. Christmas is a great time to teach the little ones in the family about the values like love, compassion, giving and sharing. It’s a day where everyone takes time off their busy schedule and enjoy’s every second bonding with the family.
Not just that, but the baby of the family turned 16 today, woohoo! Cannot wait to see what the future has in hold for my little bub.
I made small goodie bags filled with sweetness for my munchkins.
I decided to go with a tank, blazer and jeggings all from Forever 21 and a red coat with a scarf, both from Nordstrom along with brown boots from Macy’s. My jewelry; earring and rings, both are from Forever 21.
